Manufacturing & Assembly Line

Assembly Line Production Overview

Our cooling fan production follows a highly structured, multi-stage assembly line to ensure precision, consistency, and long-term reliability. The process begins with impeller assembly, where each impeller undergoes magnetization and dynamic balance calibration to guarantee rotational stability.

In the stator assembly stage, enameled wire is precisely wound, resistance is tested, and PCBA routing and soldering are completed. Automated CCD inspection and UV-glue reinforcement further secure electrical and mechanical integrity before the stator enters final assembly.

During the fan assembly process, the stator and impeller are integrated into the frame, followed by sequential installation of bearings, springs, washers, and clips. Each unit is then subjected to comprehensive performance, noise, and vibration testing to validate operational quality. After passing all inspections, the finished product proceeds to packing and shipment.

This end-to-end workflow—combining manual craftsmanship, automated inspection, and strict quality-control checkpoints—ensures that every fan delivered meets Pendec’s standards of high performance, durability, and reliability.
