Taipei Office:
1987 - 1994: Originally named Pendec Electrical Consultancy Co., Ltd.; assisting clients applying for safety standards certification of around the world, including UL, CSA, TUV, VDE, SEV, IMQ, SEMKO, DEMKO, NEMKO, SETI.
1994 - 2023/3 : Pendec Electrical renamed Pendec Enterprises; becomes a professional agent for Sunonwealth.
2000 : Affiliated company PAL Acoustics Technology Ltd. receives USA NVLAP Certification in 2004.
2000 : PAL becomes the only laboratory in Taiwan certified by DELL.
2003 : Certified to ISO 9001.
Kunshan Office:
2002 : Setup Pendec Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (Quanshan) and wire forming plant and offer acoustics test services.
2002 : Set up Suode Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai); sells Sunonwealth fans.
2002 : Set up acoustics laboratory; certified by DELL in May. 2002.
2006 : A 2700-sq.-m. new plant is completed and commissioned.
